Procrastination – “Just do it”

As we all know Procrastination is a negative reaction to things that need to be done. It is explained as the action of delaying or postponing something, dithering, stalling, temporizing and hesitation.

We can put things off but they do not go away, it is always better to take the approach and say to ourselves “Just do it”, get it done and move on. It will not go away so we are best to get whatever it is sorted and free up time for things we want to do.

Know the true value of time.
Snatch, seize and enjoy every
moment of it. No idleness, no
laziness, no procrastination.
Never put off till tomorrow
what you can do today.
