Show the same love to yourself that you do to your family, friends, colleagues and strangers.
The amount of love given out in love to others should also be shared out equally to yourself.
We are all equal, special and unique. Thinking of someone as better than what you are
or idolising them, is thinking less of yourself. This is not what God wants us to feel like.
We are all One, we are all equal.
God wants us all to be happy and content. God is a loving God.
We all need to extend that love to ourselves by being nurturing.
Love and care for ourselves in the most caring and soft way.
Shower yourself with positive self talk.
When you feel afraid or anxious visualise yourself wrapped in a luxurious soft and warm
blanket and hold onto only good and kind thoughts,.
Know that the arms of God are protecting you.always.
No one will hurt you.
Be good to yourself and always speak kindly to yourself. Do not speak in a harsh tone to yourself.
Never doubt your own ability. We really can do and be anything we want. We need to LOVE ourselves
and cradle our emotions with kindness.
Remind yourself every morning when you look in the mirror, just how special you are.
Remember what comes out of your mouth is always a clear indication of what is in your heart.

An Irish Blessing

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May sun shine warm upon your face,
the rain fall soft upon your fields,
and until we meet again
may God hold you in the hollow of His hand.

God created the universe for all of us to live in harmony and reap the benefits of the earth.
We have been given everything we need and an abundance of it.
LOVE is everywhere, we just have to believe that LOVE is there and it will be.
We can call on God for anything. He will always provide us with what we need.
When we are sad or lonely, He will always comfort us.
He is in our hearts and in our soul.
He is everywhere.
When in doubt just look around you at the beauty of life.
In our childrens eyes, our partners touch and kind words from a stranger.
He is LOVE, Everything is LOVE.
We can call on God to help us in times that seem to difficult to bear.
In times when we feel fearful and frightened. He is always there.
We are never alone, unless we choose to cut God out of our lives.
He will never desert us.
He is a kind and loving God that will always make our
life that much easier, we just need to believe we are not alone.

I am happy to be part of this Universe.

I believe….

To believe is to know that every day
is a new beginning.
It is to trust that miracles happen,
and dreams really do come true.
To believe is to see angels dancing among the clouds,
To know the wonder of a stardust sky
and the wisdom of the man in the moon.
To believe is to know the value of a nurturing heart,
The innocence of a child’s eyes
and the beauty of an aging hand,
for it is through their teachings we learn to love.

To believe is to find the strength
and courage that lies within us.
When it is time to pick up the pieces and begin again.
To believe is to know we are not alone,
That life is a gift and this is our time to cherish it.
To believe is to know that wonderful surprises
are just waiting to happen,
And all our hopes and dreams are within reach.
If only we believe.
