When a loved one passes away you may regret not having said, or done something you feel you should have.
Many people punish themselves and feel they were not attentive enough or simply not good enough.
That is not true. Initially it is a way of coping with grief, but recognise as time goes on, this becomes a form of self-sabotage.
Starting today, believe and realise 100% you were good enough!
You did your very best and they know that!
