When you judge others, you judge yourself. If you did not possess the characteristics you so disdain, you would not have such an emotional reaction to them.
When you judge someone else, it is because you have recognized in that person characteristics you have not yet identified in yourself.
Until you can acknowledge that those characteristics are part of your personality,
you will become enraged, angry, and disappointed when you see them in others.
