I accept all of me.
Life is sacred. I hold to my heart all the
parts of myself – the infant, the child,
the teenager, young adult, adult, and
future self. Every embarrassment, mistake,
hurt, and wound, I accept fully as
part of my story. My story includes every
success and every failure, every error
and every truthful insight, and all of it is
valuable in ways I don’t have to figure
out. Sometimes the painful parts of my
story help other people understand their
own pain. When other people share their
pain with me, I feel compassion for
them. I now extend this same compassion
to myself. I relax in knowing every-
thing about me is acceptable.
All my experiences
are part of the
richness and
fullness of my life.
