When placing your personal well-being at the heart of what you do,
you learn the difference between saying “yes” and saying “no”.
People pleasing is saying “yes” but actually meaning “no”.
It is empowering to learn that “no” is an important part of your vocabulary.
It will lead you on a path of being assertive when you most need to be.
Giving in to pressure from people, situations and “things” is not productive.
Liberate yourself from the chains of people pleasing and enjoy true happiness.
Stay on the right path and say what you mean.
